Cursor keeps sticking

Recently I've developed a problem with my keyboard and mouse. Both are wireless and they have started to stick. By that I mean the keyboard acts fine then will skip letters when I type or make double letters.

The mouse/cursor will freeze momentarily when I go to move it on the screen.

Both worked fine when I got the computer in November and up until now, no problem. Now it is. I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

try reinstalling the drivers for the keyboard and mouse...they are on a cd that came with the wireless keyboard and mouse...
