bookedspace keeps coming back

Recently my computer has been infected with bookspace spyware or adware. I can successfully remove it with both Spybot and Adaware, but after cleaning and rebooting, the next time I get on the internet, I get buried in popups. How does it keep reinstalling itself. Popup blockers do not have any ability to stop it (at least the Microsoft Explorer blocker, Etrust anti-virus blocker, or the Google toolbar blocker). Help!

If the popups are unrelated to the pages you are visiting are almost always the same (few) then chances are you are infected with some "unwanted"ware
