Just got a new laptop. I turned it on and 'set up' was installing however the power cable fell out causing it to turn off. Now every time I turn on the computer it says 'setup is starting services' and then an error message saying 'the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click OK to restart the computer and then restart installation'. I have no CD in the drive either and the computer also has a pre-installed version of Microsoft office home 2007. Whats happening? This is the very first time I turned it on and now every time I turn it on the same message comes up in a loop-HELP PLEASE! Also it's Windows 7 laptop!
