Hello mseip,

Welcome to Geekstogo.

Couple of questions here:

Are you able to get into Windows and run anything?

Is your CD drive working?

If you cannot boot into Windows have you tried Last Known Good Configuration?

Try and see whether last known good configuration will get you into Windows.

1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
4) Select Last Known Good Configuration and proceed.
