Ok so, after backing up my files multiple times and running many virus scans from different anti virus programs I have noticed something this "Win32/Heur" always pops up. I am not sure what it is I searched it and deleted it via recycle bin(doubt that took care of the problem) so I need help finding this bugger and destroying it. My second problem is 2 days ago my internet was slow as [bleep][sorry for the badword here] at one point I couldn't even access it anymore and just today after turning on the computer it was so laggy that I once again was forced to back up the files again. I already ran the Hijackthis program and got the logged saved and will paste it if needed. I am currently running avg+firewall to see if I can get rid of the virus that way. This part is urgent when it comes to computers finding viruses and stuff I am a complete idiot so I'm not really sure what to do, I've looked around other threads and seen mods posting on what to do for me it might take a while seeing as I am a novice when it comes to computers. Also I am aware that I may have to boot in safe mode problem is I can't print out the instructions. :)
