My grandma has windows vista and her computer loaded up fine today and for some reason the desktop icons she needed to use when she double clicked on it. It won't open the file. Every icon on the desktop isn't allowing her to get any file open. SHe can get on if she goes through the start menu and go to her profile and click on desktop items then the item she wants to open. Does anyone know why this happens. And how does it get fixed casue my grandma is very stubborn and doesn't like going through extra places just to get a hold of one of her files she needs. Please help and thanks
