VIRUSED PC/ NO ADMIN POWERS/ NO VIRUS SCANS RUNNING

hi there.....

my pc has been virused there is a few fake logos in the toolbar which keep popping up saying danger virus scan now etc....

i cant go on task manager or remove any programs it says it has been DISABLED..

AVG will not run it says there is no components and when i click malware bytes that will not load....

what to do????? PLEASE HELP

OK i just ran TFC that has removed abit of the virus and fake software....

BUT i still dont have admin powers malware wont load up... google chrome freezes and i still cant get to task manager... HELP ANYONE?
