I have not been able to connect to the itunes store for 2 days now. I receive this message "itunes could not connect to the itunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I am able to freely access the internet, so I contacted apple support and was on the phone for an hour. They seem to have to idea what to do. They had me disable both my windows and Trend Micro Pro firewalls thinking that was the problem. I did, but it still wont connect. I tried adding itunes to the exceptions list, and that didn't work either! So in a final attempt, i deleted all 5 programs that are connected with itunes and reinstalled them. Again; nothing!! I have no other ideas. I ran a diagnostics test and the results follow below. I just found this forum while searching around to try and resolve my issue. I hope you are able to help!!!

thanks
Dave

Are you part of a business LAN that firewall's traffic?

See here: http://discussions.a...t...15&tstart=0

Other people have had the problem this week and there is a possible solution there.
