hello all..
my friend has got a problem with a security website called personal security..its taken over all her security and its not letting her use her computer and its asking her to subscribe..its a night mare...

ive tried to download avg and super antispyware but this personal security stops the download and says its harmfull...her laptop is a advent 5431 and shes running vista...plz can somebody help..
