Windows Vista IE8 Dispaly Issue

When I open a browser, the font and graphics are very small. Can anyone tell me how to change them back to regular size? Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Page -> Zoom -> 100%

Also make sure Font is set to medium.

I reset IE to default settings and it took care of the problem.
