Malware on my boyfriends computer

Alright,
A couple of days ago my boyfriend received malware on his computer with incessant pop ups that wouldn't let him on the internet or even open up control panel... We tried kapinskie... but that didn't work, and its still here.... its an expensive ASUS gaming laptop that is not even 6 months old... is there any way someone can help???!!??

I'm on my computer now, because we can't get on with his...
