Yes, I tried to restore but it says there is an anitvirus or pop up blocker running in the background and I don't know how to locate it. I don't have any running that i know of. I had installed a popup blocker but i deleted it from my system.

Yes, I recieve the message after the system has tried to restore. It says unable to perform system restore due to a virus blocker running in the background. Also when i try to open youtube or a video I get a privacy message at the bottom of the web page saying due to my settings some cookies were restricted or blocked. Also, I keep getting a message saying I need to download adobe flasplayer and java script. I have uninstalled the flashplayer and tried reinstalling and it says installation complete but when I try to open a video it says I need to download it again, Thank you so much for your help

I meant to tell you also that a registry mechanic icon has appeared on my desktop.
