Hi there, the Trojan-bnk.win32.keylogger.gen error message appeared on my computer a few days ago. Since then I have not been able to access the internet in normal mode. I have run Anti-virus/Spyware doctor and some infections have been removed but whenever I reboot Anti-virus/Spyware doctor is disabled, there is still clearly something wrong. All processes are extremely slow or not possible in normal mode. I can still get internet/email access in safe mode. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
