Ever since I got my laptop it has a blue screen like once a day. At first I thought it was overheating. I have a program that checks the internal temperature. Sometimes even when it is not hot it would create the blue screen and just "restart" my laptop again after like 5 seconds. I assume I should download bluescreenview also like the other posts and work my way there?

How long ago did you get it? Is there a warranty still on it?
If so then have it looked at under the warranty that way it won't cost you.

well I could do that but I was thinking the techs here could help I did ask them today but did not help at all....They want me to send it back and I prefer not to since they just sended me back this laptop which took 2 months instead of their stated 7-10 days.........
