psr.exe default compression/quality?

i was wondering if anyone knew the default compressions and quality of psr.exe? if I wanted to make a step-by-step that would take a long time basically, i'm wondering how much disk space its going to take up. other forums say it can be (and this is for regular video) a few minutes at high quality and low compression to a couple of hours at high compression and low quality but no one says anything specifically about psr.exe, just something called 'fraps' and a lot of not specifically mentioned programs. i don' seem to see anything on the internet either.
