Random internet popups

When I open my internet or firefox randomly I will get a new tab that opens a website(I recall one being mfeed.com or something). Everytime it says that it can not establish a connection so nothing happpens and I just close it. Recently my internet has slowed way down to a point where websites will not open. I did a scan with malwarebytes and it detects nothing.

Please help me.
