Click the Start orb, type regedit in the Search field, and clicking on the regedit link that appears at the top of the search results.
OrRight click on the Task Bar and choose "Start Task Manager". In Task Manager, under the "Applications" tab, click on the "New Task" button, type regedit in the text input field, and click Ok.
