Hello,

I have some wireless connection problems on my husband's new laptop..
I have wi-fi access point and all of PCs and laptops work and connect well with it.
This new laptop with Vista on it doesn't work properly. When Vista is loaded it detects wi-fi point and detect my wireless but with limited access and Internet doesn't work.
I run malware (Malwarebytes), virus(AVG), cccleaner, Advanced SystemCare and reinstall my network adaptor by going to device manager, selecting your wifi adaptor, and click uninstall. Then click on 'scan for new hardware changes' to reinstall your wifi adaptor.
I reboot my router and still don't work.

Any help are welcome!
Thanks

If the router has a security password set for wireless access, you need to enter that same password into that wireless network's properties on the laptop.
