Im not sure if it is against the rules for me to ask for help or not, im pretty sure it only said i cant be accepted til all topics are closed... but i would just like someone to please analyse this log for me, it is from my girlfriends computer and she possibly may have been infected from an msn virus link. If anyone sees this and is busy leave it til later i dont mind,

Nah its ok i dont think ill really bother... Its my girlfriends computer and her mum doesnt like her doing too much to it. It seems clean enough and even if it wasnt they would really bother doing anything about it i just thought i would post that up... Did the HJT log seem clean to you???

From the HijackThis log, it looked okay. It doesn't really say if you are infected with the MSN virus or not, but it's a start. The only real way to know is with more information, which is why I requested additional logs.

If you are all set, and don't require any more assistance, let me know and I'll close this topic.

K thanks, Ya u can close it its all good if it looks alright it should be good. Malwarebytes had removed all the identified infected files mintutes after the link was clicked. No brower homepage hacks or anything that i picked up and HJT as you said seems clean so it should be all good.
