So, this started recently, 2 maybe 3 days ago, but I can't log into my computer normally. Every time I do try to log in, I keep getting blue screen'd and end up having to go into safety mode. I use Windows 7. Please help? ^^;

Can you boot to safe mode OK?
What does the BSOD say?

It takes a while to boot up Safe Mode.. Other then that, though, there's not really any problems I come across when booting it.

^ BSOD says something like this. Though I just tried to log on normally, again and instead of getting BSOD like usual I got a box that said something along the lines of "User profile could not be acquired"..

It said something like that though the box didn't have the "time remaining" thing and such... Though I bet it's still the same thing..

Yeah, that was from XP.
In Win 7, I believe, it says:

The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

You may want to try to boot normally to confirm, this is the message.
Please, let me know.

If so, start here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215

OK, let's be careful here.
Can you recall, if you're making any changes to your computer, which could trigger the issue?

Start computer in Safe Mode with Networking and...

Please download Profiles by noahdfear.

* Save it to your desktop.
* Double-click profiles.exe and post its log when you reply.

Oh! Well I did get a virus on the computer, once, and a pretty long while after I got rid of the virus, I got blue screen'd a few times (though the time I got the blue screens where a few weeks apart from when this problem occurred). Umm if this helps, I remember accidentally dropping my laptop, once.. D:

Could be a reason #1

Could be a reason #2. Your computer may be not 100% clean.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Hmm well I remember the problem started the day after I dropped my laptop. While this was going on I used Malwerebytes to check if there was anything infected and it detected nothing.. Should I still go to the Removal forum? I'm getting more of a feeling that it was caused by the drop, now..

Very possible, but you have to start somewhere.
Checking for malwares is free on this board :)
Checking your laptop for its well being at computer shop is not :)
