Change Wireless Frequency on Computer

Just bought computer and trying to get internet to work. Accidently changed frequency to 5 GHZ and now there are no wireless connections available when I had over 8 choices before. Please HELP!!

What is the make and model of your machine? I know that Sony machines have a little app that allows you to switch easily.

It is a Sony Vaio VGN-SR series.

There should be a seperate app to switch the frequency. Lemme see if I can find some documentation
