Webcam problem

Hi all

i just bought my new webcam so i can record videos with it and put it up on youtube but when i install the drivers to the webcam and starts the program called amcap that came with the drivers i get this error message.

amcap error 80004002: can not find VCapture:IAMStreamConfig

please help me fix it. or if you know where the fix is just give me the link i would love a fast answer.
