Hey guys i was thinking about buying a new computer but i needed to get a few things clear first. I was thinking of buying a Compaq Presario CQ3240AN. I needed to know if the computer was worth the price of $999.

Description:

Processor Type: Athlon ll x4 Quad Core
Processor Speed: (Ghz) 2.80
Hard Drive Size: 750GB
Ram: 4GB
Graphics Card Type: Radeon HD 4350
Graphics Card Memory: (MB) 512

I was wondering if this was a fast computer for gaming and other needs. I was wondering whats the difference between Ram and Processor speed which is the one that makes your computer fast?
