I downloaded Speedfan because my computer seemed really hot and has been shutting down.
The GPU stays between 85 to 90c and the core 64 to 70c

I'm sure thats not good. What do you suggest I do.

GPU temps normally run high so those do not concern me. But CPU temps above 60°C do bother me. Unfortunately you told us nothing about your computer so not much to go on from there. Certainly, you need to make sure all your fans are spinning and the interior is clean of heat trapping dust and dirt.

Definitely a problem either with a fan or with your computer just being way too dusty. Clean out your computer with some canned air and make sure all your fans are spinning.
