XP install problem

Hello all.

When I try and install XP on a friend computer the following happens.

Brand new HD.
Boots from CD.
Sees HD and formats.
Copys windows files
reboots

now heres the problem.

Instead of booting into the Windows Xp setting up screens, it just goes back to the start and I hav to start again.

Any ideas?
