hi every time i write say the name marcus it comes out marcubs ive tried everything to stop this happening but to no avail please can any one help me??? thanks in advance

Hi,

Does it only happen when you type marcus or other words, are you sure it is just not error on your part? Also if you have another keyboard try that and see if it still happens.

no it does it with few other words too makes a j i think when you hit the space bar ..it dosent happen however when i use the virtual keyboard though??? ive en reinstalled the system and its still the same

Then based on what you have explained I think you should get another keyboard, yours seems like it is malfunctioning.

yes but its a laptop and only 3 weeks old!!!

oh, well in that case if it is new and has a warranty I would return it to were you bought it.
