Weird Problem w/ Mouse n' Keyboard

Hi!

I have a Logitech G15 v1. Keyboard and Razer Death Adder Mouse... Recently, i had this weird problem, When i turn on my computer, before windows vista loads, i can use my keyboard fine, like hit enter, delete, f2, f8 n' stuff like that. But once, it shows WINDOWS CORPORATION (meaning windows loading), my keyboard and mouse both dies and i can't use them at all. Num Lock light stays on and on mouse, only scroll light stays on but nothing moves...
What seems to be the problem, is it the power supply or windows??
Please help..
