recently my graphics cards broke and my computer was off for a while and now when i got it up and running the mouse doesn't seem to work on the taskbar or explorer AT ALL but when i hit the windows button it opens. also if i open task manager it starts to work then stops a little while later does anyone know how to fix this? its a real pain..
