Hi guys,

hope somebody can help me out...I've got this error saying "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". Tried resetting my pc, pressing F8 to go to advanced options but i'm still not able to login to safe mode, the error in blue screen keep coming out...i have this "WORM_AGOBOT.AUS" infecting on my scvhost.exe which will try to establish connections when i'm online & there's always this "cmd.exe" popping out when i start my pc...Noticed that the virus is also affecting a file call "bleh.exe"?? What is that file?? BTW i had scanned my pc with the latest AV(Trend Micro Internet Security), it got rid of some other viruses but its unable to get rid of this 2 files....Anyone to enlighten me on my problemssss? Thks Thks!!

Hi Kenso, welcome to Geeks to Go. Can you boot the pc at all, just not to the safe mode? Do you have a bootable cd like windows install cd or a bootable anti virus recovery cd (like norton etc). It sounds like you need to do some serious clean up.

Try working through the malware removal guide at the top of the forum where it says "Do you suspect a malware (Spyware, Virus, Trojan) infection? Please start here. "

I found a dowloadable zip virus pattern file from Trendmicro by a google search of the WORM_AGOBOT.AUS"
