My internet connection is working fine and my podcasts are updating as normal but I still can't connect. I am a relative novice when it comes to anything technical so any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

That's odd. The diagnostics show that you are able to connect to the store. Have you tried logging in as an Administrator and trying the connection again? Have you installed any programs recently, or perhaps switched firewall or anti-virus programs?

Thanks for your reply but oddly it fixed itself after a couple of days.
