youtube slowdown

When I try to access any video on YouTube, no video or audio will load. The player bar will appear without a hitch but when I press play the loading circle appears and nothing will happen no matter how many times I reload. When I checked the video info window it say the streaming HTTP is 0 or 1 kbps. How do I fix this?

This may simply be a YouTube issue. Easiest solution is leave it for a while and try again later.
The video window simply says it can't download anything. This isn't uncommon for YouTube when it gets really busy.
