Problems with alureon.g

I've posted once about problems with the alureon.g virus but it was deleted. So I tried to follow the malware/spyware removal guide however the tools included only scan the HDD that the system boots from(C:) but the drive that is infected was removed from another system(G:) and is not scanned by the software... PLEASE HELP!!!
