Cannot Boot Computer After Running GMER

Hi -

I had a fake system tray alert virus and began scanning with GMER last night. I left it running over night and my computer was frozen this morning. I tried to restart it, but now cannot get it to boot normally or in safe mode. I also tried the boot to last known working configuration option to no avail. Anyone have any ideas on how I can at least get it booted to scan with GMER again so I can post the logs? Any help would be much appreciated!
