Hello,

This is my grand daughters pc who is having problems.

Her startup has 2 log ins, her name and guest.
She can get on the internet using guest loggin.

When she tries to get on the internet using her loggin name she gets,
Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage.

She has Windows Vista and Windows 7, also FireFox.

I,m not sure but I think its Windows 7 on guest and FireFox on her name.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings

Make sure all boxes are unchecked.

This worked on the name loggin, was able to open msn in windows 7

The guest loggin now gives me trouble to open in windows 7
Says, the item you selected is unavailable, might have been moved,renamed, or removed.

Don't know how to get it back.
