Unable to complete GMER scan

Hello,

I hope someone could help me with this problem.

I followed the steps in "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide", and was able to complete all steps except for the GMER scan. When I ran the GMER Rootkit Scanner, the error I get is: "Stop: d000144 Unknown Hard Error. The system then freezes which means a reboot, and no log for the scan. I have included the OTL logs below if it would help in solving this problem.
