I got an error when I turned on my computer

tells me to reload the software, but I don't know what it is referring to. When I select OK, the screen goes black and nothing else happens. I have to just turn off the power.

Has anyone had this error before and do you know a solution?

It looks like a part of .NET Framework 2.0
See, if you have it listed in "Programs & Features".
