Lags every 10 min when gaming

This became a problem about 1-2 months ago.. when playing games even old ones like counter-strike 1.6 and regular steam, also like warcraft frozen throne, my computer lags about every 10-15 minut for 30 seconds.. I know my computer can pull it without any trouble and when the lags arent there it runs smoothly, i bought my laptop 1 and a half year ago. Im running windows 7, and reinstalled it just 3 days ago -this did not make any difference.

Do you have any idea of what could be wrong or missing?
