hi there my name is erik and im having problems with my computer lately. my computer freezes alot and alot slows down really bad at times it takes really long to open a program. wen the computer is shut down it takes a long time to start up. also wen i open the nter net or other programs it freezes for a while and then resumes. i get alot of error messages.i think i have a virus or malware or something. if u can help me i would greatly appreciate it. thank you.
