Getting kicked by Punkbuster, wtf?

I just did a reinstall of COD (w/ patch) and COD UO(w/patch) and when I sign on to a server after about minute I get kicked "via Punkbuster" for this reason- "Unlocalized, No Packet flow" what exactly does that mean and what do I do to remedy the situation?

I seen the post about adding pb.exe or whatever to your C:/Call of Duty Game of the Year Edition/pb folder to update Punkbuster, but I have no pb folder, is this the problem? I tried creating a pb folder and added pb.exe and it when I ran the application it said that there were no pb files :tazz:
