I've been getting this error ever since I reformatted my computer. It was fine prior and I never had this issue before. Let me make this clear though, I don't use DivX or Nero. This error only occurs when I'm trying to open pictures on my computer into Windows Photo Viewer.

Also, I tried the DEP thing that other people were suggesting but since I'm running a 64bit OS it doesn't allow me to switch it.
