Good Day Folks,
I have used Epson Printers with Windows XP without any undue problems. However, I now have Windows 7 on my Toshiba laptop and have been unable to download File Manager. The relevant machine is an Epson All in One, stylus SX 200. Other parts of the program download but when it reaches the Creativity Suite it will only part download and fails to respond.I wonder if I need another driver. I would not bother you but I had considerable trouble with Epson Support as they do not list my printer, for some reason. From that point one cannot proceed. Ridiculous really!

I hope someone may have already met this problem. Regards, Cigos

Just had a quick look on the epson site and they do list support for your printer. The link is: http://www.epson.co....andingPage=true

Make sure the OS is detected properly at the top of the web page where it says "Have we recognised your operating system correctly?"
