Aurora virus and IE Plugin Problems!

Hello!

I don't know what to do- I've been running Ad-Aware and it doesn't seem to be picking up on this virus.... Aurora. Whenever I open IE it pops up. Also, in the Ad-Aware log, I have a ton of entries for IE Plugin, and this is literally every time I run the scan (basically every time I turn on the computer). For a while my computer has been running really slow and sometimes freezing right in the beginning. I'm not sure what to post, like if you need logfiles or whatnot, but I'd really appreciate the help!
