Unknow problem ran hijack and....

Hi i am jeff and have been trying to figure out what is going on with this computer. It started getting hung up, starting slow and freezing on web pages, and just not itself lately. So I ran a scan from eset and it wouldn't allow it to finish the scan. I have looked at log and found a lot of error messages, programs unable to be opened, etc. I just ran a hijack scan and have the log. But don't know what to do with it. If any help could be given it would be greatly appreciated. Thank for your time.
