Installed fresh copy of Windows 7 on a computer that had XP. All is well except that almost every download I attempt will start out strong and then stop at 20-30% with no error message or any indication that anything is wrong. I have tried leaving it for hours. If I cancle and restart, sometimes it will go a bit further than the previous time. It happens using multiple websites...it happens using multiple web browsers. Tried other computer using the same cable...it works fine. All other computers in the house run fine. Device manager shows nothing out of the ordinary. Any thoughts would be much welcomed.
