I got attacked by 'Antimalware Doctor' last week, and since recovering my laptop from that it has been running relatively fine.

However this evening I was making music, and noticed the audio was 'glitching'. I opened task manager to check if my system was being slowed down by anything and right at the top was PING.EXE, which I know is harmless, but on a hunch I ran GMER. GMER told me there was a possible rootkit infection but before I could do anything, Windows crashed and since then I can only run it for any length of time in safe mode, and with networking enabled I cannot access the internet. I am using a friend's laptop to post here.

Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have no backup for my files as I cannot afford an external drive presently.

I literally have all night to get this sorted, and I'd like to sort it soon so I can continue with my music projects. Thanks in advance.
