Vaio System Image Recovery

How can I access the Sony System Image Recovery from a command prompt window? Sony Vaio VGN-NW270F will not boot from HDD. Will boot from Recovery Disk but cannot recover to a bootable configuration. Can access HDD. Can execute command line prompts to copy data etc.

Try this:
  • Completely power down the Vaio.
  • Wait a minute.
  • Press the Power button.
  • As soon as the SONY logo is displayed, press the [F10] function key.
  • In the VAIO Recovery Wizard window, click the Next button.
  • Under Recovery Options, click to select the C Drive Recovery option.
  • Click the Next button.
