QuatroPro won't start Runtime Error

I started getting this message when I try to open QuatroPro. (Been using it for years and love it!)

Runtime Error!
Program:C:\ProgramFiles\WordPerfectOffice11\programs\QPW.exe
abnormal program termination

I thought something must have happened to my program. So I bought a new one. I have Word Perfect 11 Family Pack 5.
However, I'm getting the same message.

I'm wondering if there's a problem with my Windows Vista. I also can't install Service Pack 1.

Looking forward to finding out what's going on.
