AOL uses screenames with different parental controls, and its not always connected. When on a screename with a "Mature Teen" parental control, I can't connect to the internet. Only under General screen names can i actually connect to networks to download stuff or play games online.

Perhaps there is something with the security settings. For example if downloaded applications can be loaded, etc.
