Hi, the problem is your card reader..( RICOH )

Ricoh don't appear to have any W7 drivers, have you tried the Vista driver ?

I have updated and installed all drivers. When I run the windows 7 compatability checker, now everything comes up green and okay. But still no sound from speakers. Mute is off, I can see the green bars moving with sound that should be there, but the speakers arent making sound. I plugged headphones in too, and still no sound. Is there a report that I can run to see where the problem is? There are no errors at all that I can see in control panel, or on Windows Update.

This computer had bigger problems than you and I. Motherboard meltdown caused it to be sent to the laptop graveyard :D This topic can be removed or closed.
