Ricoh don't appear to have any W7 drivers, have you tried the Vista driver ?

I have updated and installed all drivers. When I run the windows 7 compatability checker, now everything comes up green and okay. But still no sound from speakers. Mute is off, I can see the green bars moving with sound that should be there, but the speakers arent making sound. I plugged headphones in too, and still no sound. Is there a report that I can run to see where the problem is? There are no errors at all that I can see in control panel, or on Windows Update.

This computer had bigger problems than you and I. Motherboard meltdown caused it to be sent to the laptop graveyard This topic can be removed or closed.
