Internet Explorer Error

Hi there

Really hoping somebody here might be able to help us out with a minor but annoying error that I'm getting with Internet explorer.

When I exit the program, I get a message saying the application has experienced an unexpected error, and will now terminate. This is often followed by being unable to launch ie the next time. But then it launches with no issues. Until you exit- then the process repeats.

I have details on the error -

App name: iexplore.exe
mod ver: 5.1.2600.5781
app ver: 8.0.6001.18702
offset: 00.012
mod name : kernel 32.011.

I'm thinking it could be to do with add-ons (it's running on bt Internet) but have restored to default settings/turned off addons etc with no luck.

Any advice at all hugely appreciated.
